Ground shipping within Canada and the USA is INCLUDED on unframed works.
Materials: All materials used are professional, museum quality and acid-free/ pH neutral; your archival painting will last many lifetimes if cared for properly.
The original paintings in the left hand column are available for purchase from this web site. (Other works are available for sale during ongoing exhibitions - please inquire.)

We will email you back promptly with a final quotation or invoice, and either our PayPal info, or the address where to send your Bank Draft or Money Order via mail (must be an International Money Order redeemable at Canadian banks, not the green bordered Postal Money Orders, please.)
*Please advise if this is a gift. We can gift wrap it, and supply a greeting card with your personalized message.
All purchases are on a first come, first served basis. Should duplicate orders for the same original artwork come in, the order that is placed first will take precedence. If your payment is not received within 14 days of your email order, the item will be relisted.
Customs/Duty/Tax
Please be aware that we have no control over any Customs or Duty fees that you may be charged by your country's government when receiving a shipment from Canada. We will complete all forms required at our end to ensure the most honest and speedy route through International borders.
Canada to USA: According to the (Feb. 2005) data available in pdf form at www.customs.ustreas.gov's web site, works of fine art that are completely hand done are not subject to Duty when being shipped from Canada to the USA, as well as any reasonable wood frames around them. Of course, this is always subject to change, so if you are concerned, check out the link above to be sure of any US Customs fees you might be charged.
Shipments within Canada
Ontario / PST : Orders shipped to addresses in Ontario, Canada will be charged 8% Provincial Sales Tax on top of the listed price, unless you provide a current PST exemption form with your order.
GST : As a Small Supplier under the Canada Tax Act, we do not at this time charge GST. (April 2007)
Shipping
Shipping is INCLUDED in the price to addresses in Canada and the USA on UNFRAMED works. We ship via Canada Post or FEDEX Ground, depending on destination.
Worldwide / expedited or overnight shipping available at an extra cost - inquire via email for details. Shipping on FRAMED works will be charged a fee for actual shipping costs; we will provide a quote prior to closing the sale with you.
We take every precaution to ensure your package is wrapped well, using new shipping materials.
Framing/Mounting
Quotations for artful, museum quality, professional custom matting/framing can be made for any work listed here as Unframed. Please email the studio for details.

Commissions: If you wish to place an order for a commission, please email your request.
Return Policy: A full refund less shipping cost will be given within 30 days of receipt on the shipper's tracking order form. To receive the refund, the artwork must be returned to the studio in good condition at the client's expense within the 30 day period.
